Road to Zen Tour

Corey Stevens - 'Road To Zen' (Eureka)
A lot of you out there probably think that Corey Stevens is JUST another Stevie Ray Vaughan wanna-be. To a degree, you're right about that. I noticed that on 'Road To Zen' (his second effort), Stevens seems to explore other musical areas, perhaps like a more funky side. Some of the tunes I thought were okay are "Too Much Fun", "My Neighborhood", "Big House Blues" and "Take It Back". Might appeal to fans of Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Johnny Lang and Mike Welch. Give it a listen, see what you think.

Great Blues-Rock Artist
A mix of Stevie Ray Vaughn and Albert King influenced guitarists. Corey is a great blues artist who lets himself be a conduit for the music.

Another Blues Hit
If your a fan of Clapton, Buddy Guy,BB King, Ronnie Baker Brooks, Stevie Ray Vaughan. Then you need this album and any others by COrey Stevens.
