The medicine balls makes simple moves more challenging and fun. Thank you

Volume 2
The video was a logical next-step from Vol 1. I enjoyed the presentation of the instructor as I did in Vol 1. Not having done medicine ball workouts previoulsy, both videos Vol 1 and 2 fit together nicely.
