Fairly Good Bang for the Buck
This is a DVD release of a show appearing on the internet. It is a continuation of the BIKINI spoof series directed by Fred Olen Ray. It contains 12 episodes as advertised. This is a single DVD running about 125 minutes, making each episode between 10 and 11 minutes, including opening and closing credits, previews and recaps. The program and formula should be familiar to those with any knowledge of the BIKINI series. Each episode is divided roughly evenly between tongue-in-cheek/double-entendre dialogue and soft core scenes.
Beverly Lynn appears in nearly every setup and in about half the scenes. Christine Nguyen, a personal favorite, appears in three scenes. All but a few of the actors have appeared before in the BIKINI series. Fortunately, this DVD contains some new music (rock). Rip Off
I'm a big fan of Beverly Lynne but this video is a rip off and I wish she hadn't allowed this. Tanya X was not a series. It was a movie. They just made each scene a episode. The episodes only last 8-10 minutes each. It would been much better if they had just marketed the DVD as Tanya X the movie. It would have been much easier to watch.
Should've Been Called Tanya XXX!
Tanya X is 2 hours and 12 minutes of pure softcore fluff. It's okay for what it is, but there wasn't enough comedy in it for my taste.
