if you love negotiations, this is the show for you! my favoritre was a woman who turned down 500k because she thought she thought her item was worth 1 miliion. she was so cool and collected, but failed to realize the basic distinction between retail and wholesale. her item was undocumented as well. stupiest refusal of money, ever!

Heavy Metal / Longstreet Civil War Cannon
The show looks like it could really be a fun hit. The people selling antiques were really great but the dealers do not seem to treat them fairly at all. Just look at Suzy and Rich with the Longstreet Cannon. Come-on now, only 1 offer and at $10k when they had appraisals in the $30 - $40k range. Are you really implying to the viewers that there is not an interest in the Civil War??? Really??? You can see the anger with Suzy during the closing interview. I think the show will be a hit when you get reasonable dealers that are not completely arrogant. I vote for bringing back Suzy and questioning what made her so angry - My money is on her really ripping into the dealers! Then you will have some exciting "Reality TV."
