Refreshing Workout!
I thought this challenging, 37-min workout was refreshing, in that it offered a new approach to the familiar Stott Pilates workouts. You'll do 3 reps of the exercises in just about each interval, and PJ O'Clair's lighthearted instruction makes the workout uplifting and the time fly by so quickly. There are no exercises here that you can't do. I recommend you do this on a day that you want something new and are not pressed for time. Very enjoyable.
